1. Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
You must initiate a return request within 3 days of receiving your order.
Customized, made-to-order, or discounted/sale items cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective.

2. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (bKash, card, etc.).
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged product).
