1. Delivery Areas
We currently offer delivery across Bangladesh. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly.
2. Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
3. Delivery Time
Dhaka City: 1–3 business days
Outside Dhaka: 2–5 business days (depending on location and courier availability)
Note: Delivery may take longer during peak seasons, special campaigns, or unforeseen events.
4. Shipping Charges
Inside Dhaka: BDT 60–80
Outside Dhaka: BDT 100–130
Free Shipping: May be offered during promotional periods or for orders above a certain amount.
Shipping costs will be calculated and shown at checkout.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available in most areas across Bangladesh.
Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can use it to track the status of your delivery through the courier’s website.
7. Delayed or Failed Deliveries
Delays may occur due to natural disasters, strikes, holidays, or courier issues.
If the delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, we will contact you to reschedule.
8. Damaged Packages
